Orders
Orders typically ship within one working day. Orders become
effective only when accepted by ITI upon shipment or written
confirmation.

Returns
Prior to returning merchandise, you must call ITI Customer Service
to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For
repairs or credits, call Customer Service. If a product is defective
when received, and you want the product replaced, call ITI Technical
Services for an advanced replacement authorization, then speak to
Customer Service to get an return merchandise authorization (RMA)
number. When returning merchandise, the RMA number must be
clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is charged unless a Certificate of Exemption is on
file with ITI. GST is added to orders shipped to Canada.
Shipping
Shipments leave daily from our warehouses via UPS or best way. Air
shipment services are available upon request at the time of order. All
shipments are F.O.B. ITI's warehouse.
Pick-Up
Arrangements can be made to pick up orders at the nearest regional
warehouse. Please indicate your order as a Wi ll C al l at the time you
place the order. Place order 24 hours prior to your planned pick-up
time.
Claims
Title is passed to customer upon delivery of the order to a common
carrier or authorized agent. All damage claims must be turned in to
the shipping company by the customer receiving the goods. Original
shipping cartons must be saved as claims are typically not processed
without them. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of
merchandise.
Warranty
ITI's current warranty policies are honored. See the ITI Limited
Warranty for details.
Right to Purchase
You must be an authorized ITI dealer to purchase products from ITI.
Possession of this document does not constitute the right to
purchase.
Minimum Order
New dealers may have an initial purchase requirement.
International Sales
All international sales are made through ITI International, Inc.,
F.O.B. St. Paul, MN, USA. All prices quoted are payable in United
States dollars.
